The Supearl+ (A336) is one of the most popular iRest models; the Queentri (A357) is the more design-led chair with a more advanced mechanism. Both massage from the neck to the thighs, but the character of the massage differs.
In both chairs quiet massage arms travel along an SL rail. The difference is fundamental:
The number of techniques differs too: 5 on the Supearl+, 11 on the Queentri. The Queentri adjusts arm strength, width and speed in 5 steps; the Supearl+ adjusts width in 3 steps and speed in 5.
Both have 36 airbags — shoulders, arms, hands, calves and feet. The Queentri adds airbags at the waist. Intensity adjusts in 5 steps in both.
Here the advantage goes to the Supearl+: it has mechanical calf massage. The mechanism works the inner calf in circular motions while a roller massages the back of the calf, improving blood and lymph flow.
Feet are massaged by rollers with 3 speed levels plus airbags in both. One structural difference matters: the Supearl+ foot massager is open, the Queentri's is closed. That is relevant for larger feet, which may feel cramped in a closed footrest.
If deep back massage and a wider choice of techniques matter most, choose the Queentri (A357). If your legs take the strain, or you wear a larger shoe size, the Supearl+ (A336) is the practical one, with mechanical calf massage and an open foot massager.
