At first glance the Maesthron (A801) and Brillactiq (A665) look alike — both large, both with 4D massage. In fact they differ most in what matters: the number of massage mechanisms and the heating.
The Maesthron (A801) has two independent mechanisms — 4D and 2D — and the longest rail in the iRest range: 153 cm. The effect is close to two masseurs working at once.
The Brillactiq (A665) has a single 4D mechanism with four rollers and a 135 cm rail. The massage does not suffer for it; it simply covers a shorter stretch.
Both have the split iOpen rail and a flat position. Both offer zero gravity, but only the Maesthron allows two-level adjustment of it.
The Brillactiq has more airbags — 40 against 36 — but the Maesthron covers more areas with them: calves, forearms, arms, feet and hips. The Maesthron also lets you adjust the position of the calf cushions to the user's height.
The biggest difference is the heating. The Brillactiq has a carbon heating mat in the backrest and collar. The Maesthron heats with natural jade stones inside the massage mechanisms, so the warmth travels with the massage, plus a graphene mat for the back or chest.
For the most thorough massage and warmth exactly where the mechanism is working, choose the Maesthron (A801). If one 4D mechanism is enough and a roomy shell with more airbags matters more — the Brillactiq (A665).
