The Grandease (A550) and Brillactiq (A665) are two iRest chairs with a 4D massage mechanism. The Grandease was the first model in the line with such a system; the Brillactiq is the largest and best equipped. Here is where they overlap and where they part.
In both chairs the massage arms work in a 4D system: they move in three planes and change speed while performing techniques. Stretching is enhanced by the split iOpen rail, which lets the chair lie flat.
The massage covers the neck to the thighs. The SL rail length differs slightly: Brillactiq 135 cm, Grandease 130 cm. Both have a zero-gravity position; the Grandease offers three adjustment steps.
Airbags in both are placed at the forearms, arms, calves and feet. Only the count differs: Grandease 34, Brillactiq 40. Intensity adjusts in 5 steps in both.
Both chairs massage the legs with airbags working in compression and pulsation. The Brillactiq adds mechanical calf massage — combined with the airbags it releases tension faster. Feet are massaged by rollers in both.
For 4D massage at a lower price and in less space, the Grandease (A550) gives nearly the same. For a longer rail, more programs, more airbags and mechanical calf massage — the Brillactiq (A665).
